Organization Details

Welcome to GoFundraise’s charity sign up process. To create your account on the platform, you’ll need to fill this one pager form. Please note that you’ll be requested the following documents to complete the form:

A copy of an official document (bank statement, voided check, certificate of registration (can be provided later)
A copy of the electronic signature of authorized person for receipt (can be provided later)

At the end of the process, we will get in touch to connect you to our payment provider (Stripe).
