Welcome to GoFundraise’s charity sign up process. To create your free Basic Plan Account on the platform, you’ll need to fill this one pager form. Please note that you’ll be requested the following documents to complete the form:

A copy of an official document displaying the organisation name such as bank statement, voided cheque, certificate of registration (can be provided later)
A copy of the a drivers license/Passport ID of the authorised person

At the end of the process, we will get in touch to connect you to our payment provider (Stripe).

Service Fees*

I acknowledge that the by default we will be put on the optional contribution model that has zero Service Fees but if this is not available or activated a Fee of 5% +VAT of Gross Receipts will be charged.
